June 3rd marks exactly one year since our engagement! ❤️ Choosing this date also allows us to celebrate our marriage after graduation and before residency begins, giving us precious time to be surrounded by loved ones traveling from near and far.

Formal & Semi-Formal Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Any color is fine, except white. DO NOT WEAR WHITE

When to Arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive early, allowing extra time for traffic and parking. Seating will begin at 5:30 pm, and the ceremony will promptly begin at 6:00 pm.

Yes. Complimentary on-site parking is available for all guests.

Travel between Events?

Answer

Nope! The garden ceremony and reception will all take place at the same venue. No need to drive between locations.

Cocktail Hour = Complimentary nonalcoholic beverages, vegetable platter with pesto hummus, domestic and imported cheeses with wafers, dessert table including cookies and cupcakes available Dinner = Buffet Style Eight Assorted Salads Fresh Bread and Butter Seasonal Vegetables Panko Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Sherry Cream Oven-Roasted Salmon with Tarragon Butter Sauce Long Grain and Wild Rice Pilaf

Alcohol?

Complimentary Cabernet Sauvignon and White Zinfandel will be available ONLY during dinner and replenished throughout the meal. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the unlimited wine during this time and may simply ask staff for another bottle before dinner service ends. Champagne and cider will also be provided for toasts. For those who would like additional beverage options, a CASH BAR will be available throughout the evening. Please note that outside alcohol is not permitted at the venue.

Money Dance?

Yes! We will include a Money Dance during reception. Guests who wish to participate are encouraged to bring cash. The Money Dance is a fun tradition where guests take a quick turn dancing with the bride or groom while offering a small monetary gift as a blessing for our new life together!

What can I take home?

We’ve Planned a Few Thoughtful Keepsakes & Where to Find Them: - Ceremony: White heart-shaped paper fans and “Happy Tears” facial tissues - Reception: Foam glow sticks, a coloring/activity booklet for the kiddos, pillow candy box wedding favors, and personalized ribbon name tags (but not the glassware) - FLORAL CENTERPIECES AT ASSIGNED TABLES CAN BE TAKEN AT THE END OF THE NIGHT ONLY!

Children Allowed?

Yes! Children listed on the invitation are warmly welcomed. Multiple food & drink options available, along with a coloring booklet designed with them in mind. We kindly ask parents to keep a close eye on children during the special dances and key moments of the evening to help ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment.

Accessibility?

Answer

Yes! Ramp available at the garden ceremony for wheelchair access. Main building has an elevator to access the Terrace Room reception hall on the 1st floor.

Photography?

Answer

During the garden ceremony, we prefer that guests remain present and enjoy the moment with us! Occasional photos are welcome, but please be mindful of our photographer & videographer. Avoid blocking the aisle or stepping in front of them during key moments. During reception, guests are welcome to take as many photos as they would like!
