What is the deadline to RSVP?

Please RSVP by April 30th, so we can get an accurate headcount. :) Your invitation has the QR code to the RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we adore your children, our venue does not allow guests under 18. We appreciate your understanding and kindly ask that you make arrangements for a child-free evening and celebrate with us!

Does the venue have parking?

Yes, there is plenty of free parking on site.

What time should we arrive for the wedding?

Answer

Doors to the venue will open at 4:30 p.m. The ceremony will start at 5:00 p.m. Please plan to arrive early to find your seat.

What will the weather be like?

The weather will be warm with a possible high of 90 degrees and possible low in the low 70s. Please bring layers.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

The event will be at a sheltered outdoor venue.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Chances are it will be a warm evening and we want everyone to dance the night away so dress comfortable - dressy casual. A step-up from everyday casual but not as formal as cocktail attire. Think sundresses, nice pants or dressy skirts for women, and dress pants or chinos with a button-up or polo for men. Jackets and ties are optional. Ladies... do not wear stiletto heels. I repeat, do not wear stiletto heels. You will be walking in grass, dirt, and gravel so wear chunky heels or sandals. We can't have any of you ruining nice shoes or breaking any ankles.
