Kurt tried to win Stephanie over with witty banter and corny dad jokes, but after messaging for nearly two weeks, he realized she wasn’t quite hooked yet. In January 2023, we had our first date at Sky Deck in Del Mar, and from the moment we met, we knew we had found our true match. In the months that followed, we became inseparable, talking daily, thinking about each other constantly, and spending as much time together as possible. In August 2023, Kurt asked Stephanie to be his girlfriend after a dinner in Del Mar, and from then on, our love only grew deeper. We realized that falling in love with each other was just as fulfilling as being in love. By summer 2024, we moved in together and adopted our puppy, Teddy, to keep our beloved Luna company. Living together strengthened our bond as we supported each other through life’s changes and personal growth. Our adventures, from exploring new restaurants, to cozy nights in, have made us stronger as a couple. We’re getting married because our love story is magical. We’ve found best friends, confidants, and partners in each other, sharing the same values, dreams, and a love that only grows stronger. One of the things we love most is how we push each other to be our best selves, and through that, we love each other unconditionally.
