We have saved a group of rooms at the Comfort Inn at 7585 Barnett Way. Those that have requested to be added to the group have all necessary info to complete their own reservations. If you wish to be added, please contact the bride or groom.
Due to the layout of the ceremony site, we wish to close the gates to keep cars driving by out of the photos and all distractions from the ceremony at a minimum. Please plan accordingly. The gates will reopen following the ceremony. If there are extenuating circumstances that affect the majority of guests then the ceremony may start late. Please do not count on a late start time, however. We plan on starting promptly at 3:00pm. If there are any other questions regarding this matter, please reach out to the bride or groom.
No, we want to share this moment with all of our loved ones. That means you can bring your kids. However, we do ask that you keep watch of them yourselves as there will not be childcare provided. We will have some activities to keep them occupied but for some, that might not be enough. So we ask that you respect the special moments like our first dance, etc.
During the ceremony, no. We wish our ceremony to be unplugged but you will have your shot(see what I did there) which will be guided by the officiant. If you are seated the aisle and as far as four seats in, we ask that you do not photograph the recession. During the reception, please take photos as we will be providing a QR code for you to share all of the snapshots from the day you want! We want to share our day with you and we hope you share it with us ❤️
