A trolley will be provided on the day to transport guests to and from the hotel and venue, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration. Once you have booked your room, please let us know. Shuttle

Trolley to and from the venue

October 10, 2026 2:00 pm - 11:30 pm

For guests staying at the Embassy hotel, a trolley shuttle will be available to help with transportation to and from the venue. Shuttle to the Venue: - 2:15 PM - 3:15 PM Both trips will depart from the Embassy Hotel and take guests to the Barn at Kennedy Hill before the ceremony. Return Trips: The trolley will make three trips back to the Embassy Hotel to help guests return safely and conveniently. 1st trip will occur after dinner, mid-reception, and the end of the night. We hope this makes celebrating with us even easier!
