We’re getting married 🤍

This story isn’t common, it’s unique, everything that happend was God acting in their lives. Stephanie came here as an au pair, she wasn’t expecting that she would find the love of her life here, the one that God chose for her. December 14th of 2020 Stephanie dowloaded an app. Jordan sent her a message, but Stephanie didn’t feel like she wanted to answer because he barely had any description, but she thought “I’m gonna talk to him, He is cute, and wants the same as me” (which was a serious relationship putting God in first place). She answered, and for her surprise, they had a lot in common. December 20th of 2020 Jordan went to Stephanie’s church. After the service, they went to Bennet Park to talk, they talked over 3h and everything they asked God in a person was right there in front of their eyes. Stephanie decided to be honest and tell him everything about her life, he did the same. They decided to pray everyday asking for God’s direction towards their feelings. After christmas, he caught covid, so they couldn’t see each other for 14days so they had faceTime dates EVERYNIGHT. January 11st they had a talk, and in a very spontaneous way they started oficially dating that day. Days went by and they enjoyed every second they had with each other, everything seemed perfect, and time would never be enough for them to be together. On april, they no longer lived close to each other, and now everything was harder but they decided to fight for their love, and they knew God was taking care of all so they just had to trust Him. Time passed and they decided they would get married, they knew the wedding colors and some small details, but didn’t know when that would happen. Looks weird, but that’s their unique way to make things happen. Their relationship is growing like this because of God, He was the one that put them together for a bigger reason.

End of april, They talked about their future, they knew they will get married in 2021. Just didn’t know when or how, but they chose to pray, trust God and rest. Time was flying and they still were stuck, Stephanie told Jordan: “we say we trust God, that we want make everything according to His plan, but we are stuck, having faith is jumping out of the cliff and truly believe that God will lead us, He is by our side and HE WILL CATCH US, we gotta move on, take a risk, jump. He won’t help or give us an answer if we just sit and wait” So, the wedding date was chosen that day, and other small details. She got his ring, he started to act misterious like saying that he is planning a surprise, he wants to talk to her parents, he even asked her how she wanted a proposal. Stephanie said “be spontaneous, do something like us” it could happen anytime so she was always prepared for it. May 30th he said “what about we make a picnic next sunday?” And she said “let’s do it”.Deep inside she was thinking “HE WILL PROPOSE NEXT SUNDAY” June 5th she chose a dress that would look great for a picnic, she sent a photo for her friends showing her left hand with the time and date saying “I believe this is the last day of my life without a engagement ring” and she was right. June 6th they went to church, he was super nervous about everything, she knew that he was like that for a reason. They went to Bennet Park, park of their 1st date. They ate, watched some videos, and when she turned her head to the left side where she could see some signs and the road, he said “can you see the sign?” she said “which one? I see more than 3. Is it the white one?”, SHE KNEW what was happening, but she was afraid it was an assumption, so she played along ignoring her fear. He said “baby” and she said “what” while turning around, it was happening, he had the ring, and he said that magic sentence. Stephanie smiled and said “YES, in every language!!! Yes, sim, ya, sí, Yes”. He put a ring on it 🤍💍
