Amtrak's Ethan Allan Express, Amtrak Vermonter 54
Amtrak offers direct daily service from New York City. Moynihan Train Hall at Penn Station to Middlebury VT. The Vermonter Train 54 also offers service to Burlington directly from NYC.

Getting there by Car
The Middlebury Inn is located at 14 Court Square in Middlebury Vermont. Directly on the Town Green. Is is accessible by car via Route 7, which runs north-south through the town. Driving Directions: From the North (Burlington/I-89): Take I-89 South to Exit 13, then I-189 West to Route 7 South (Shelburne Rd). Follow Route 7 South for about 35 miles directly into Middlebury. From the South (Rutland/NYC/Albany): Take I-87 North (Northway) to Exit 20, then Route 149 East to Route 4 East. Take Exit 4 (Route 30 North) toward Middlebury, then take Route 7 South to the inn. From the East (Boston/NH): Take I-93 North to I-89 North into Vermont. Take Exit 3 (Bethel/Route 107 West) to Route 100 North, then Route 125 West to Middlebury.
