We're getting married!

After chatting for about a week on Hinge, John took the plunge and asked Stephanie if she'd like to meet for an axe throwing competition. She agreed, and John DEFINITELY let her win. For real, just believe that story no matter what anyone tells you, especially Stephanie. After the axe throwing, we went to Kuma's Corner at Stephanie's suggestion. John didn't think Stephanie knew of Kuma's, a combination metal bar slash burger restaurant, and he knew she was special right then and there.

As Stephanie was getting ready for Christmas dinner with John's family, she was putting on makeup and John started teasing her for doing several extra steps. She replied back with "Be nice to me, I'm special!" And upon realizing the fact that God gives you like 3 moments in your life where He just hands you set-up lines like that, John immediately dropped to one knee and said "Well, you sure are to me...."
