When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP as soon as possible! The RSVP includes questions that will help us coordinate weekend arrangements and plan the little details. A more formal invitation will be sent out in mid 2025 that will include information such as meal selection. For now, we're just looking for a preliminary headcount.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will likely take place in the mid to late afternoon. A more concrete timeline will be available closer to the date and the ceremony time will be included on the formal invitations.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Our color scheme is dark forest green and gold, with bold splashes of bright purples and pinks. The dress code for the event will be formal/black-tie optional. This can look like formal suits and ties, tuxedos, charro attire (no jeans), floor length gowns, fancy cocktail dresses, and dressy pantsuits.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! We are still working on helping guests with travel accommodations, but we have identified some options. We will be booking a hotel block at Westlake Village Inn, where our ceremony and reception will be held. There are also several hotels in different price points within a five minute drive to the venue (ranging from the Four Seasons to the Hampton Inn & Suites). If there is sufficient interest from enough people, it may even be economical for a group of our guests to rent an Airbnb in the area together. Please reach out to us directly and we can help coordinate your accommodations according to your budget, whether that be for the full weekend or even just the night of.

Yes - please let us know your food allergens ahead of time. There is a question on your RSVP regarding this and we will be reconfirming with our formal invitation. It is important to us for you to be able to fully enjoy the occasion without exclusion or worry.

Yes. The distance to our ceremony site from the parking lot is level and relatively short. The reception site is likewise just a short distance away and accessible via ramp.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors. The reception will be largely indoors. Though it will be early October, we still expect the weather to be dry and hot throughout the day, with mild cooling at night. The indoor venue does have air conditioning.
