There will be transportation from the Hilton Garden Inn Wayne. For those staying at the nearby Marriott, please walk to the Hilton Garden Inn to meet for transportation. If you are choosing to stay at a different location, you will need to provide your own transportation. We recommend Uber or Lyft.

Please arrive to the venue at 5:00pm if you would like to attend the ceremony. We can accommodate seats for the first 240 guests. Due to limited space, some guests will have to stand outside of the ceremony room, but will still be able to watch the bride walk down the stairs and aisle.
The ceremony is when the bride and groom exchange vows. The ceremony will last approximately 30 minutes and will be followed by cocktail hour where food and drinks will be served. The reception begins at 7 o’clock and is when dinner will be served and the party begins.
No, you do not have to attend the ceremony. If you wish to attend cocktail hour and the reception, please arrive from 6-7:00pm.
Yes, there will be open bar. Open bar begins during cocktail hour at 6:00pm.
We will have a DJ. We will be taking you through the decades starting from the 60s and 70s and on. We are expecting a high energy crowd that likes to dance, so expect a lot of dance music, and wear comfortable shoes!
The wedding will end at midnight and we will entertain guests at the Hilton Garden Inn Wayne Lobby area. We will provide drinks and you may BYOB as the bar will be closed after hours.
Generally, the seating charts will be predetermined by the couple and we will do our best to seat you with the friends and family you know. If you are skeptical about your seating arrangements, please reach out to Jared, Stephanie or your point of contact to best accommodate you.
Yes. We understand everyone is on a different schedule and may not make it until the end of the night. Please do not feel bad if you are unable to say goodbye to the bride and groom.
We appreciate all gifts and thank you for your generosity! Traditionally, we will have a table for cards and envelopes only. If you are ordering something from the registry or want to bring something, we kindly ask that you mail it to our address.

We have invited over 300 people. Please expect a large crowd, lots of socializing, music and food. At 5:00pm, you will be greeted in the lobby with a glass of champagne. The ceremony will take place downstairs where there is limited seating. Seats will be a first come first serve basis. The first two rows will be reserved for immediate family. The ceremony will be about 30 minutes. Cocktail hour will be hosted upstairs at 6:00pm. There will be tables, chairs, open bar, cold and hot appetizers for all. You may mingle in the cocktail room, lobby area, and outdoor area which will be enclosed and heated. At 7:00pm, you will be able to find your seat and table in the ballroom. There will be servers at the table who will take your dinner and drink orders. You will watch the bridal party come out and introduce the newly weds who will then have their first dance, followed by a father and daughter dance and mother and groom dance. We will have a couple of short speeches, a toast, followed by dinner and dancing. We will have a Venetian hour later in the night at the cocktail room, so save room for plenty of coffee and dessert!

No. The wedding will be on, rain, shine or snow! For your travel safety, we are hoping for the best weather conditions. Unless, there is a natural disaster, the venue will reschedule our wedding date. However, if weather conditions are harsh the day of, we understand if you cannot come last minute! We want everyone to be safe and healthy.
