Guest Arrival
2:45 pm - 3:15 pm
Please make your way to the venue from 2:45 pm. Doors will closed at 3:15 pm, so we kindly ask that you arrive on time to be seated before the ceremony begins. Note: the access path to the ceremony venue is quite steep so if you require assistance down to the venue contact Jamie or Steph prior to the day and we can arrange a vehicle to transport you down.
Ceremony
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
A short and meaningful ceremony where we say “I do” and begin our next chapter together
Cocktail hour
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Make your way back up the path you came down to the reception area to enjoy canapés, refreshments, and lawn games.
Reception
5:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Guests will be invited to take their seats as we prepare to begin the reception formalities.
After Party
7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Have a boogie and enjoy desert + cake with us!
Farewell & Wind Down
9:00 pm - 10:00 pm
We’ll begin winding down the evening and sharing final songs and farewells.
