Question

How do we get to the venue?

Answer

Due to the newly developed street, the location may be tricky to find. Here’s some tips in case your GPS doesn’t understand the route: From Hwy 69 turn onto E. Onyx Dr. follow through the dip and then up the hill, staying left. Once on top (approx. 300 yards from Hwy 69,) stay left of the road until you reach the sign the reads “Lynx Creek Farm” on the right. Turn right, through the gates and follow the dirt road down to the meadow. There will be someone present to direct parking. Watch for the balloons to guide you from E Onyx Dr. to Lynx C K Farm Rd 🎈 You can CLICK the MAP link in the SCHEDULE portion of this site to better guide you.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi- Formal. No jeans, shorts, or baseball hats please. Cocktail dresses, sundresses, suits and button downs with slacks are acceptable. The weather in Northern Arizona could very. It may be warm, cold, both or neither. Keep in mind our venue is all outdoors but there will be accessibility to a cabin if you need to come inside. We recommend bringing a light sweater or a jacket if you get cold easily.

Should I bring money?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of opportunities to either tip or donate to the couple, games, or waitstaff.

Can I bring a guest that’s not listed?

Answer

We respectfully ask you to not bring any extra guests that aren’t listed in your group in the RSVP section. If you think we missed someone please reach out & we can clear up the confusion.

What kind of gift should I bring?

Answer

After being together for over 6 years we have all the general items for first time couples coming together. In this stage of our relationship it’s time for home improvements. We’d prefer to have you donate money over a physical gift. You can take a look at our Gift Ideas for small items and access virtual donations. Thank you in advance for your generosity!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, but we ask anyone with small children to please be mindful of the ceremony. There is a balcony that will over look the ceremony for those who need to step away and deal with any disruptive behavior.

Camera/ Phone Policy?

Answer

This is an UNPLUGGED 🔌 Wedding. Please reframe from taking pictures during the Ceremony. All phones and cameras must remain put away until after the Ceremony.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

UNFORTUNATELY OUR CHAUFFEUR WILL BE UNAVAILABLE FOR WEDDING BUT: Your vehicle can be left on site till 12pm the following day (Sunday October 16, 2022) Uber has become more accessible in Prescott, there are a few local cab services and the numbers can be found in the Hotel/Trans section.

When is the RSVP deadline?

The deadline for the RSVP will be September 15, 2022.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know ASAP. The menu is pre-selected, so do contact us if we need to accommodate any allergies.

I can’t find myself or party is RSVP.

Answer

If you are having problems finding yourself or your party in the RSVP section, try using your partners name instead of yours. ( households with multiple names will be found under 1 specific name)

Is smoking permitted on property?

Answer

Yes, there will be a designated areas for smoking.
