Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Anyone attending our wedding received a formal invitation. If the invitation did not specify "& guest", we ask that you please respect our wishes and do not bring a guest. If it did specify "& guest", a guest was invited to attend our event with you. Please complete the RSVP with the name of your guest if someone is attending with you.

Are kids allowed?

While we love our friends and families' children, we ask that this is an adult only reception with the exception of our flower girls. Enjoy your night out!

How do I book a hotel room?

Answer

Please use the "Hotel" tab at the top of the webpage. There is a link that directs you to booking a hotel room at the Fairfield Inn & Suites @ Fair Oaks. We do have a discounted rate for our guests. Enjoy the pool and other on-site amenities!

Please RSVP by January 20th, 2023.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m. Please arrive prior to this time to avoid interrupting our special moment.

Is there a dress code?

This event is black-tie optional. Be comfortable and classy. Please no jeans.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. Fair Oaks Farms has a parking lot for all guests attending the wedding event.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No need. The hotel is connected to the event space. You won't even need to go outside! Please check-in to your hotel by 4 pm.

What time is hotel check in/check out?

Answer

Check in is at 4 pm. If you need earlier accommodations, please contact the hotel at (219) 394-2100. Check out is at 11 am.
