FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This event has a formal dress code. Suits or tuxes are strongly encouraged for men. For ladies we prefer dresses that fall below the knee, a jumpsuit, or a pantsuit. While we want everyone to be comfortable, please NO jeans (even black) or work boots.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Wednesday, April 29th using the QR code on your invitation. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will assume you are unable to attend.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony by 4:45pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm and anyone who is not already seated will be directed inside to wait for cocktail hour.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Only people addressed on the invitation are invited. If you have a plus one, your invitation will either have their name, or read "& Guest" and there will be a place for them to RSVP on the website. Normally we would say the more the merrier, but the venue has a strict capacity limit.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your child is invited they will be addressed directly on your invitation and there will be a place for them to RSVP on the website. While we have invited some of our young family members, please keep in mind that there will be lots of drinking, explicit music, and dancing, so we will not be offended if you decide to leave the kids home.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

When you RSVP, please specify any dietary needs where you select your meal.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free street parking on Lincoln Parkway. However, we strongly recommend carpooling and Uber to prevent drunk driving. If you do plan to drive, please arrive early enough to find parking and walk to the ceremony space.
