At the 30-day mark before the event, the discount rate will drop off and you will no longer be able to book rooms in this block using the discount code. If at this point they still have rooms available to book, you can still book rooms, but may not be provided the group rate! You can book a standard King, Queen, or Double room online using the discount code. To book an upgraded view, suite, or lakefront, you have to call the front desk and mention the code to book the room.
