Stephanie had just moved to Woodbury, MN and joined a Bible Study there. Gabriel joined that same Bible Study. They barely spoke, but little did they know it was the start of something!
At the turn of the new year, Gabriel asked Stephanie on an official date. They went to a restaurant in Hudson and later to Applebee's to share each other's testimonies and life stories. They were at Applebee's until well past midnight and Stephanie agreed to further dates.
After several more dates, Gabriel and Stephanie wanted to start a relationship. Gabriel called Stephanie's father to ask if he could date his daughter. In that call, Gabriel laid out his entire plan of dating a year and being engaged six months if things went smoothly. That evening, Gabriel brought flowers and asked Stephanie to be his girlfriend.
Gabriel and Stephanie both knew that they loved each other at this point. They both held onto that knowledge for a few weeks before finally telling each other that they loved each other.
After a year of dating, Gabriel and Stephanie were ready to get married. They had gone ring shopping, Gabriel had asked Stephanie's father for her hand in marriage, and he had purchased the ring. On Stephanie's birthday, he proposed outside beneath the winter lights in Hudson. His knee barely hit the ground before Stephanie said yes!
Wedding Day! The Day Gabriel and Stephanie will start their own family and embark on their marriage journey.
