Back in 1987, we met each other in high school through friends. After life took us in different directions for over 29 years, we reconnected over Facebook. Stephanie was in Portland, Oregon, and Frank was in Fort Myers, Florida. What started as a hello, soon turned into a friendship, and then grew into a long distance love story. After nearly five years of traveling from coast to coast, we have finally landed in the same city, same time zone, and same home to continue making memories as a couple and as a family.

For months, I (Frank) underwent a top secret mission, tagged "OPERATION ICE," to design Stephanie a beautiful, one-of-a-kind engagement ring. With the help of family, friends (a special thanks to Jessica Catti for all the behind the scenes advice), and Cameron Pelle, jewelry designer at Mark Loren (who helped incorporate the timelessness and traditional qualities I wanted to give her), I was able to create the perfect ring. We celebrated Thanksgiving, then my birthday, and then went on a weekend getaway to St. Augustine, Florida. As the sun went down, the Christmas lights started to light up The Plaza de La Constitución, and I asked her for her hand in marriage. And she said YES...
