There is ample parking at the venue to the right of the building, and a fully paved walk to the front door. Be advised that Arkansas weather is unpredictable, so an umbrella may be necessary. We prefer to have the main circle driveway clear for pickup and drop off for guests that may require it.
Yes! Wheelchair access ramps are located close to the main entryway next to the garage area. There is a spacious and ADA compliant bathroom on the ground level of the venue for your convenience. However, due to the challenging layout near food service, it may be necessary for our differently abled guests to utilize waitstaff to bring them a plate, or to travel through the back patio walkway to access the buffet.
All food items are prepared with consideration for those allergic to peanuts and are safe to consume. Please be advised that there will be dairy and gluten in the desserts. Our barbecue selections will have a house-made sauce including garlic and onion powders, but an alternative barbecue sauce will be provided for folks that are intolerant of these seasonings. Salad dressings will consist of a simple vinaigrette and ranch. If you are unsure if an item is safe for your dietary needs, please consult with King Chambers (our Executive Chef and Father of the Bride).
Your presence is the greatest gift you can give to us as we start this next chapter of our lives together. However, if you would like to contribute a card or gifts there will be a table designated for these items. The bartender and waitstaff will accept cash tips, and this practice is strongly encouraged. Please bring a comfortable pair of shoes if you plan to boogie on the dance floor with us!
