This is a boutique hotel located in Middletown. It is also the closest hotel to the actual wedding venue. We will also use the bar at the Inn for our after-hours party after the rehearsal dinner and reception. Stephanie and I will be staying here both nights. It's a little more expensive but convenient. IMPORTANT INFO: The hotel states their check-in time for 3pm on Saturday. However, guests can arrive as early as 2PM and should be able to check in and get settled before shuttles begin arriving. SHUTTLE INFORMATION: Shuttles will be provided by Specialty Transportation. There will be 2 departures from the Inn at Middletown for 24 passengers each. Please plan to make the first shuttle so the second departure is not overfilled: First Departure: 3:15PM for arrival to The Barns at approximately 3:30pm. Second Departure: 3:45PM for arrival to The Barns at approximately 4:00pm. There will not be any more pickups after the 3:45PM departure.

This a large hotel located in nearby Wallingford, it's about a 20-minute drive to the wedding venue/rehearsal dinner. Its a bit less expensive but farther away. We recommend calling on Friday to inquire about early check in, or arrive to the hotel dressed and ready to go! SHUTTLE INFORMATION: Shuttle will be provided by Specialty Transportation. There will be a single departure from the Hilton Garden Inn for 44 passengers. Please plan ahead to make this departure time, the shuttle will not wait. Departure will be at 3:40PM for arrival to The Barns at approximately 4:00pm. There will not be any more pickups after the 3:40PM departure.
