Where should I stay?

Mount Snow Grand Summit Resort is offering our guests a 20% discount on their standard room rates. Simply use our group code when booking your stay. Please be aware that room availability is first come, first served so we encourage our guests to make reservations as soon as possible. Our group code will be provided upon RSVP'ing. For those who prefer to plan your own adventure, we recommend exploring lodging options in and around Wilmington, Vermont. This charming town, along with nearby Brattleboro and Bennington, offers a variety of accommodations within easy reach of the venue.

Can I carpool from the airport?

Answer

If you are renting a car or looking to hitch a ride, please email your flight info to stephanie.bitoni@gmail.com. We will put you in touch with other guests arriving around the same time as you! Please use 'CARPOOL' as the subject line for your email.

When is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask that you RSVP on our website no later than April 30, 2025.

Children of all ages are welcome to attend. Please provide the names of your children when you RSVP so we can be sure to include them on our guest list.

Will there be on-site parking available?

Answer

Yes. However, due to limited parking at our venue, we strongly encourage our guests to carpool. If you're renting a vehicle and have extra space, please let us know. We'll gladly assist in connecting you with other guests who need a ride from the resort to the venue. Please email stephanie.bitoni@gmail.com for more info regarding carpooling. What should I wear?

Answer

To create a truly magical and cohesive look in our wedding photos, we kindly request that guests consider wearing earth-toned attire. We envision a palette of sage green, slate blue, and warm gold, but any color within the earthy spectrum will do. While this is just a suggestion and not a requirement, we most want you to be comfortable and have a memorable time celebrating with us. Please note that our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors on a picturesque lawn. Comfortable footwear is highly recommended. As Vermont evenings can sometimes be cool in late summer, we suggest bringing a light jacket or shawl to ensure your comfort.
