Beach Day

Join us for a beach day in Nanou, a stunning and quiet bay approx a 20 minute boat taxi ride from Symi Main Town. Dom and I will plan to arrive at the beach at about noon to spend the day on some sun beds and dipping in the ocean. There's also a local Greek Taverna nearby that does lunch.
Casual Beach Bar Drinks

“Sleek & Chic: Smart Casual” Think: the kind of outfit that says, “I’ve arrived,” but not “I’ve arrived to a board meeting.” Linen is your best friend, sweat is your enemy. Basically: look like a Zara model who accidentally wandered into a Greek island fantasy.
Join us at approx 6pm to take a beautiful 45 min walk from symi main harbour to Gialas Beach Bar in Nimborio for some sunset drinks, alternatively you can get a taxi, but please note there is a steep downhill walk just before the bar. Join us at the Tikki bar for some apperol spritz and Thanos beer before we head back to Symi main town for about 8-9pm.

Welcome Party Boat

“Boat Party Vibes: Party Clothes + Swimsuit” It’s giving “Mamma Mia! But make it bougie.” Bring your party clothes and your swimwear because we’ll be lounging, swimming, and sailing around like sun-kissed millionaires (minus the yacht ownership). Outfits must be wind-resistant, sea-splash-friendly, and photo-ready. Sequins? Fabulous. Floaties? Optional. Crocs? Still no.
On Day Three things get interesting! Join us on the Poseidon Boat to spend an afternoon exploring Symi Islands, bring your bathing suit and get ready for some beautiful sights, hidden beaches and fun time in the sun and in the ocean. The boat will be leaving the main harbour in Symi Town at 10:30am and will be returning for 5pm. Once on the boat, we will be cruising around the island so please note we will not be able to stop to let anyone off. There will be a bbq lunch (including vegetarian friendly options), wine, some ouzo and a bar serving beer only. We will be making stops around the island to relax and swim. Please be prepared to be on the boat the whole day. The captain cannot bring people back early to harbor as we will be cruising around the whole of Symi. We are looking into seeing if there would be an option to stop at beaches where there is a water taxi available for those who would like to leave early. Contact us for more info.

Ceremony

Smart Casual- But Bring the Drama It’s hot. Like Greek island in July hot. So dress to impress, but don’t dress to sweat through your dreams. Flowy dresses, dapper light suits, bold prints, breathable glam. No black unless you want to roast like a souvlaki. Yes, you can wear sunglasses in photos — it’s either that or melting into a puddle of regret.
Yay we made it and this is the big one 'obviously'. We will arrange for a boat to pick everyone up from Symi Main Harbour in the early evening to head to the venue. **Please don't be late as you would need to hire a boat yourself to make it.** **There will be three times that a boat will transport passengers from the reception venue back to the main harbor after the reception: 12:00 AM (midnight), 2:00 AM, and 3:00 AM. ** As for Steph, she will be having espresso martinis throughout the night to keep up with everyone.

Not to worry, the reception is approx 3 min walk from the ceremony so no need for directions. As the Greeks like to do, start late, end late. This is because the sun gets too hot during the day and we want all our guests to survive the day. Note to guests: There will be three times that a boat will transport passengers from the reception venue back to the main harbor: 12:00 AM (for the early birds), 2:00 AM, and 3:00 AM.

Thank You and Goodbye

We would love to see all our guests one more time before we head out of Symi. Details to be available soon but we are hoping to book a few tables at a cafe for brunch or meet those who stay at the beach for a few hours before catching our ferry to Rhodes. It's hard to make reservations at Tavernas in Symi, but once we arrive on the island, the bride and groom will enquire in the first few days and notify guests via whatsapp group.
