When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than 07/01/2024 so we may have an accurate head count.

Guests may stay at the Hilton Garden Inn and the information and link for this room block is on this website under the Travel section. Please book a room no later than 07/16/2024.

Where is the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be at the same location: Hilton Garden Inn in Rockford,IL.

When should guests arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3 PM so please arrive no later than 2:30 PM to get seated. Anyone arriving after 3 PM will not be allowed into the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This is a black tie event so men please wear tuxedos or dinner suits and women wear floor length gowns or formal cocktail dresses. Guests please wear black, turquoise, or silver. No white or ivory or jeans nor casual wear is allowed. Come show out for our wedding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, guests can park in the Hilton Garden Inn parking lot free of charge.

Is there an open bar?

We will have free beer and wine for cocktail hour and guests can purchase their own specialty drinks or cocktails.

Can I bring a date?

Guests may only bring the people listed on their invites no one additional.

Are kids welcome?

We are only allowing our nieces and nephews and ask that everyone else please not bring their children as we are unable to accommodate all of them.

When is the reception?

There is a cocktail hour right after the ceremony and then the reception will start right after the cocktail hour.
