THE DRESS CODE IS ELEGANT GARDEN ATTIRE The look of our wedding is light and airy with a color pallet of neutrals, soft blush, and cool sage * FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR IN TEXAS & TO STAY IN LINE WITH OUR AESTHETIC * We suggest lightweight materials in soft hues as opposed to dark, loud, or neon colors FOR LADIES: We suggest dresses or dressy separates in soft hues or floral prints The cocktail hour will be held in THE BUTTERFLY GARDEN which has a soft ground with slightly uneven steps to access we suggest sandals/flats or comfortable heels/wedges FOR GENTLEMEN: We suggest light dress shirts in soft hues with khaki or other lightweight slacks Jackets and ties are optional NO DARK, LOUD, OR NEON COLORS PLEASE

What is the RSVP deadline

*KINDLY REPLY BY THE TENTH OF MAY* IF RSVP IS NOT RECEIVED, A PLACE SETTING & MEAL WILL NOT BE RESERVED Access to the RSVP page will no longer be available after the deadline We ask that only those individuals named on the invitation attend our wedding. Due to space limitations, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you! * FOR OUR LOVED ONES WHO ARE NOT ABLE TO ATTEND IN PERSON * a CEREMONY LIVESTREAM will be offered RSVP by the deadline to receive the link

What is the best way to get to and from villa antonia

* WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE * THE USE OF THE PROVIDED SHUTTLE SERVICE book on the RSVP page The road to access the Villa is narrow and winding, and parking is scarce We want our guests to fully enjoy our celebration, so to ensure the safety of our loved ones a roundtrip shuttle will be provided from both recommended hotel * FOR OUR GUESTS NOT STAYING AT EITHER HOTEL * We strongly recommend parking at one of the two guest hotels & utilizing the shuttle as well (Hotel details provided below) ** Shuttles will pick up PROMPTLY at 5 pm and will ONLY RUN ONCE ** Please be on time as additional pick-ups for late guests will NOT be provided DEPARTURE TO VILLA: 5.00 pm | RETURN TO HOTELS: 9.00 pm & 11.00 pm

What are the venue regulations

DANGEROUS MATERIALS Clients or guests may not bring any material, substance, equipment, or object that is likely to endanger the life of, or cause bodily injury to any person or property or which is likely to be a hazard onto the Premises. This includes, but is not limited to, guns, unapproved "sparklers" or other fireworks, drugs, or weapons. The venue reserves the right to end the Event if illegal substances are found or if serious liability risk due to behavior or dangerous materials is observed. GUEST BEHAVIOR Failure by any guest to comply with all applicable rules and regulations will be cause for removal from the Premises. The Venue reserves the right to remove guests involved in behavior dangerous to persons or property from the Premises.
