When we look back we think about life before. Neither of us call it a losing life, we're grateful for all of it because we recognize God's presence in every step. It's amazing how he never leaves and is always present. Both of us were on our paths pursuing Jesus in this broken world. While Stephanie was attending Texas Bible Institute she developed a deep relationship with a group of girls. David's sister, Bethany, was part of this group. David met Stephanie for the first there and stayed in his heart from that moment on. It wasn't until 2 years later that they got to get to know each other. After many moments of joy, laughter, adventure, faith, and love, they became closer and more sure about this coming day.
Black Friday. Family is very important to us. Thanksgiving week is a time when everybody comes together. It was a beautiful and cool evening as the week was coming to an end. David made plans with both sides of the family to meet in Downtown San Antonio later that Friday evening. Stephanie prepared for another date night in one of our favorite places. She took her time looking for something comfortable yet fun as requested by David. As we drove around Downtown looking for a parking spot in a bright christmas lit and crowded San Antonio Stephanie begins to feel an excitement
