Dress code?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors in a garden-type setting. Cocktail hour will be outside as well. It’s a relaxed outdoor atmosphere, so dressy casual will be more than fitting. The reception will be held inside, with doors open to the outside. It might be hot, so if you want to ditch the suit coat, that’s fine too! Whatever you’re comfortable dancing in!

Where should we stay?

Answer

We have a block of discounted rooms reserved at the Denver Marriott Westminster. The discount link is listed under travel info. Quality Inn, Spring Hill Suites, Hyatt Place and the Drury Inn are also very close, if you have a different preference.

How will people get from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

The Marriott is providing a shuttle to and from the hotel. The shuttle will also bring people back at the end of the night. Uber/Lyft is also a very inexpensive option (1/2 mile trip). The venue has a large parking lot onsite for those who want to drive.

I’m flying in. Do I need a rental car?

Answer

You certainly don’t need one, if you wish to Uber straight from the airport to the hotel. The Marriott is about 35 minutes from the airport. If you want to do any sight seeing while you’re here, a car will be helpful to get to Boulder or Denver. We suggest groups of friends coordinating and renting a car together. We can provide must-see ideas. :)

Any plans for Sunday?

Answer

We will be hosting an open house/brunch at our house on Sunday afternoon. Our house is located 5 minutes from the venue, so feel free to stop by and grab breakfast and coffee. We would love to see everyone before they go!
