We we're two lonely single people, searching the internet on dating websites, as do many people these days. We were looking for a good person to date, and possibly fall in love with. I was looking through profiles of men close to my area and up popped this handsome man from Yucaipa, CA. So I sent a message. I did not expect a message back, but to my surprise, He replied and introduced himself. On this website we were chatting on, it gave the location where you were at. So when we were chatting, I was at my brother Kevin's house in Las Vegas a lot. While he was in Chicago, for work training. In our conversations, we wondered if we would ever meet. It came to the time when I stayed home more in Barstow, and he was back from Chicago, but then went to Florida on a small vacation. We still were chatting off and on, and he finally said, "Ok I think it is time we meet." A few weeks after he came back from Florida we made a date to meet, and the rest is history!
We met in Lucerne Valley, CA at a restaurant on the corner of hwy 247 and hwy 18. We introduced ourselves and I got into his car and we headed up to Big Bear, CA, a mountain town about an hour from where we both live. Danny was a true gentleman, opening doors, pulling out seats, showing concern and even offered to buy me some souvenirs. We ate at the Himalayan restaurant in the Village of Big Bear. It was Indian cuisine, and it was very delicious. Then we took a walk around the village, looked into some shops and talked the whole time, just getting to know each other. We went for a drive around the lake and he showed me his favorite fishing spot. Of course the lake's water was extremely low, so his fishing spot was quite a few feet from where the lake actually is. As a perfect gentleman he kept his hands to himself and focused on me and my comfort. It was getting late so we began our decent back down to Lucerne Valley, where I had my car parked. Being the shy gentleman that Danny is, he did not try to kiss me, but I couldn't resist. So I leaned in and thanked him for a wonderful, classic date and gave him a kiss, which he was not expecting. Since that day, we stayed in touch daily and every day off he had, we made plans to meet and spend time together.
