Question

Can I bring my children with me?

Answer

Only two guests per house hold unless other wise addressed on the invitation. If you choose to bring a child as your guest that is fine. If you have a child under the age of 2 that you cannot find a sitter for and would like them to attend, please let me know and we should be able to accommodate them. Please, If you have a little one at the ceremony and they start to get fussy, please make your way up to the balcony in the reception area where you can watch the ceremony in the shade and take them into the cool air if needed.

Question

Is there going to be a cash bar or open bar? And an I bring my own alchol to the wedding?

Answer

We will be having an open bar. The venue has a very strict no outside alcohol policy, so please do not bring any additional alcohol with you. There will be plenty of beer and wine provided at no charge to our guests.

What happens if I think I am going to be late to the wedding?

Answer

There is a balcony inside the reception that over looks the ceremony. Its shaded and beautiful and you can watch the ceremony from there if you cannot make it before 4:30pm.

Will there be specific seating arangements?

Answer

During the ceremony, we would like everyone to sit on which ever side they would like. Daniel does not have a lot family in the area and we want both sides to look loved. During the reception, there will be assigned tables.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Between 4:00 and 4:15pm is ideal. Its ok if you arrive before 4 or slightly after 4:15 as love as you are in your seat by 4:30pm.

What should I wear?

Answer

formal to semi formal dress attire.

If im not married can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes. Everyone is allowed a guest if they are not married. Please just list their name on the RSVP. Please no more then 1 guest unless otherwise stated on invitation. If you do not wish to bring a plus one, that is fine as well.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

July 8th, 2018. This will give me enough time to get accurate numbers back to my venue and caterer.

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

We are having a buffet style meal. There will be a choice of jumbo shells, beef medallions, and balsamic chicken as well as baby carrots and potato's.

What time will the reception end?

Answer

The bar will close at 9pm, DJ will be finishing up at 9:30pm and we will say our good buys to everyone who came to support us on our big day before 10pm

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Yes, this will not be an unplugged wedding.

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Yes you can access the registry from this website on the registry tab. or visit myregistry.com and start typing in my name!

Do I have to mail back my RSVP or can I RSVP online?

Answer

You can RSVP either way. If you choose to do so online there is a RSVP tab on the webpage. If you prefer to send it back, there is an already addressed envelope and stamp provided for your convenience.

Is there parking near or at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue.

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors and will not last any longer then 25 minutes. The reception will be held indoors. There will be a 30 minute cocktail hour so that we can take pictures during that time and then the reception will immediately follow.
