We’re Married!

We met through mutual friends 14 years ago. A friendship turned into love and now almost 5 years later we’re ready to walk down the aisle!

We are so excited to announce that Tribal Style will be playing at our engagement party!! Tribal Style is the premier Reggae band of Tampa. Surprise, we have a baby boy on the way!!! Although this wasn’t the original plan, we’re very excited. In lieu of traditional wedding gifts, we’re asking that our guests contribute to our baby fund. Thank you in advance!

The wedding ceremony starts at 5:30pm. When you enter the venue you will be directed towards the theater space. After the ceremony, there will be a cocktail/hor d'oeuvres hour in the gallery area while the wedding party has their pictures taken. Once the pictures are taken, the main room will be open to our guests. The seating is not assigned, sit wherever you like. It is an open bar and buffet style event.

There will be hand sanitizer and disposable masks in the galley next to the baby fund box. Although we are not requiring our guests to wear masks, the masks will be there for those that want them. If you for any reason are feeling unwell, please out an abundance of caution take a Covid test. We highly recommend that you get vaccinated/boosted if you’re medically able to. The last thing we would want is for our wedding to be a super spreader event. Thank you for your consideration.

Latam Catering has an amazing menu planned for our wedding! During cocktail hour we will be having traditional Tampa mini deviled crab, olive tapenade on top of brie and bread, and platains stuffed with picadillo and cheese. For dinner you will have your choice of either beef brisket or chicken montrachet, rice Valencia or yellow rice, red beans, steamed veggies, and bread. Our cake has two flavor options which are both equally amazing! You can choose from either coconut with guava filling or chocolate with dulce de leche filling. We hope you enjoy every bite!

We welcomed our baby boy Kipp Cassius Johnson on 5/26/22. He is such a sweet beautiful baby and we are so in love him. I’ve added pictures of the wedding and also Kipp’s first couple months.
