Our venue in Bushnell is about the same distance from both the Orlando and Tampa airports, however Tampa International Airport is closer to Wesley Chapel, FL where we've secured hotel blocks for those travelling.

Orlando is a little farther from Wesley Chapel where our hotel blocks will be, but about an hour away from the venue in Bushnell.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn - Wesley Chapel with a special nightly rate for our guests. The block is for the nights of Friday 12/1 through Sunday 12/3 and is $179/night. Please call the hotel and mention you are booking for the Rogg-Lawton Wedding. The cutoff date to make reservations or modifications with this rate is October 31, 2023! This hotel is about 30 minutes from the venue. We will have a shuttle running the day of the wedding.

Best Western Wesley Chapel

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Best Western - Wesley Chapel with a special nightly rate for our guests. The block is for the nights of Friday 12/1 through Sunday 12/3 and is $165/night. Please call the hotel to make a reservation and mention you are booking under "Stephanie Rogg". The cutoff date to make reservations or make modifications is November 11, 2023!

Shuttle

Shuttle from Hilton Garden Inn to Wedding Venue

December 2, 2023 3:00 pm - 10:30 pm

A shuttle will be running between the hotel and wedding venue at 3pm to make the ceremony in time, and then again after cocktail hour begins for those that forget anything or have enjoyed themselves too much. Please use the shuttle, we want you all to enjoy yourselves and don't want anyone drinking and driving
