Shuttle Service

A complimentary shuttle service will be provided to take all guests to and from The Vineyards. The shuttle will be making stops at The Hyatt, Preston House and Hotel Indigo. Even if you are not staying at one of the hotels, please feel free to use the shuttle for convenience!

Hyatt Place Long Island East End

Our hotel block at Hyatt Place opens on Saturday, October 10th and requires a 2 night minimum stay. You may call and ask for the Malatestinic + Wesch wedding block, or book directly using the link below! Please be mindful that the booking period for this hotel block closes on August 10th. When booking online, click the “Book” button and enter the dates of stay (10/10-10/12). The room types and contracted group rates should appear. Click on your preferred room type and continue making the reservation. The rooms in this block are first come, first serve. If the block is full, the hotel is unable to open more rooms at the discounted rate. The shuttle will be picking up and dropping off at this hotel.

Hotel Indigo Long Island - East End by IHG

Our room block at Hotel Indigo opens Friday, October 9th. This hotel does not have a minimum night stay, so you may change the dates to meet your needs. Use the link to book directly to get the discounted rate. You may also call the hotel (ext. 0) and ask for the Malatestinic & Wesch wedding block. The booking window for this hotel block ends on August 9th. The rooms are first come, first serve. If you try to book a room and it says the block is full, please reach out to either Stephanie or Connor and we will reach out to the hotel to see if they can open up additional rooms. The shuttle will be picking up and dropping off at this hotel.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Riverhead - Long Island by IHG

If you’ll only be in town for the wedding and need a room for Sunday night, we opened an additional room block at the Holiday Inn! The booking window for this hotel will close on August 11th. You can reserve a room at the discounted rate by clicking the link below. You may also call the front desk and reference the “Malatestinic Wesch Wedding Block.” Please be aware that the shuttle will not be picking up at this hotel, however, feel free to get the shuttle from one of the other hotels listed above!
