Genesis 2:18 And the Lord God said, it is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a help meet for him. A random click on a dance video on social media – Instagram – was all I thought it would be. But then there was more; this beautiful young lady in San Francisco was dancing to a traditional urban song, which caught my attention. Hmm it wouldn’t bite to drop a “Hello” in her DM (direct message); *fingers crossed* message sent. A “Hello” led to a more meaningful conversation, as I realized we actually have more in common – morals, beliefs, family values, food, and more. So, another modern age, social media, long distant friendship came to be. A few months later, I’m onboard United Airlines to San Francisco to bring this virtual relationship into reality. Sitting in the plane; mind racing; what if this...what if that...I hope all this is real….Lord, please let it all be real. Touch down in San Francisco, and I beheld her in the flesh for the first time; such a beauty, so much charm, such an enticing aura she emanated. In the following days, her soft-spoken, courteous mannerism drove it home for me, that she is indeed THE ONE…Thank you, Lord!! Genesis 2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.
