We met while working at a group home together in college. He got my number from the staff phone list, and the rest was history.

While celebrating our 5th anniversary we spent the evening visiting places where we experienced some of our "firsts" (first date, first kiss, first "I love you"). We reminisced about all of the wonderful memories we have made together over the past 5 years. The night ended in a park that we visited on our second date and have since gone back to every December. Surrounded by glow of Christmas lights, I said "yes" to spending forever with my best friend.
