Shuttles Schedule

* Important Note * Without giving too much away, we have organized the following! :) Anyone unsure of what they entered or had left blanks/"no need", please reach out to us to confirm where you have been placed. Any further changes, we will directly reach out. Schedules for the Shuttles To the Venue... Golf Links Road Departure We ask that guests arrive around 2:00pm as the shuttle will depart at 2:15 sharp with an estimated venue arrival of 2:30pm. Portuguese Hall Departure At this time, there will be 2-3 trips from Portuguese Hall. We ask guests to start arriving at 2:00pm as the first shuttle leaving from this location will be 2:15pm with the last shuttle leaving at 2:40pm DD Drop off's We ask that anyone having a DD/Drop off situation to please be dropped off between 2:00-2:30pm with the thought of the busses in mind going up and down the road in mind. Shuttles at the end of the evening will start running from 9pm-1:30am.

Days Inn by Wyndham Thunder Bay North
A hotel block has been reserved at the Days Inn with a discount for wedding guests wishing to book a room for the night of the wedding. The hotel asks anyone wishing to book, that they do so by calling the hotel before/by June 28th, 2024 under "Brett Bishop Wedding Block". Limited number of rooms available.
