We first met in elementary school, where we went to each other's birthday parties and had play dates. We grew up together in the same groups but were not very close. We entered high school and both were part of band. Senior year of high-school, Stephanie asked Brennan to prom by sticky-noting his entire car as a prom-posal. After finishing our undergraduate degrees, Brennan returned the favor and proposed for real, 6 years later.
