Our best attempt at describing a dress code would be Garden Cocktail, but our priority is that you are comfortable, so wear what makes you happy! We will be outside for the ceremony with a short one block walk to the dinner venue, which is indoors.
Larkspur is generally temperate, and the average temperature in October is in the low 70's. It gets chillier in the evening, average in the mid 50's, so we recommend a jacket or wrap for the evening. October can also have unpredictable heat waves, we have had days in the 90's, `but we are crossing our fingers that we will have the perfect, temperate day.
If you are local or plan to drive, there is a public parking lot a block from our house and directly across from the Left Bank, where the dinner will be. There is also ample street parking. The parking lot and some of the street parking says there is a two hour limit, but it's common knowledge that this is never enforced.
Given that many people have chosen to stay at the Marriott, we are looking into providing a shuttle service from the Marriott to and from the wedding. We will keep you posted on details. Otherwise, if you don't plan to drive, Lyfts and Ubers are relatively easy to come by and are your best option.
