When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as you can honestly. We are not able to book some vendors or even apply for our permit until we know how many guests we will have. If we have to pick a hard deadline, please RSVP by 03/01/2026.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Obviously, we will be dressed up but don't feel you have to. Any wedding attire is welcome.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We will be requesting a "sunset" ceremony but won't get approved for an official time until 180 days. We can't get a guaranteed time however, will be within close range to sunset if we don't get prime time. So think... later afternoon/evening. Or better yet think... I have transportation that will be waiting to take me and I have nothing to worry about. However, once I have an official "approved" timeline I will update everyone here.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Hell yes there will be transportation. If you know me (Stephanie) at all, you know I am never on time to anything and require someone to drag me there to be on time. We will have a party bus ready to go. The bus will pick everyone up our resort. (Time will be determined once the timeline is approved. But later afternoon-ish). This will take you to the ceremony, then to dinner, then back to our resort to unload anyone who doesn't want to be a party animal. Then the bus will be ours for the night. ***If you choose to call it a night after dinner, if you are not staying at our resort you will have to find a way back to your dwelling. Either walk or Uber.*** If you plan on being a party animal, I'm going to see what the "drop off" situation will be for the end of the night but i'll get back with you on that.
