Our wedding is a Formal Black-Tie event. • For men, they should wear a dark suit with a nice button up shirt and tie (if they don't wish to wear a tuxedo). • Women should wear a floor-length dress, knee-length cocktail dress, or a pantsuit. • No neon or bright colored clothes. Please stick to darker neutral colors. If you need more help understanding what to wear, please google "Black-tie Wedding Dress Code".
Our wedding will be an ADULTS-ONLY celebration. Due to venue restrictions, children under 16 are unable to attend.
Both our wedding ceremony and reception will be located at Stonetree Estate in Novato, CA. Address: 9 Stone Tree Ln, Novato, CA 94945 The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The reception will be indoors in the Grand Ballroom.
It has recently been brought to our attention that the weekend of June 8th, happens to also be NASCAR Weekend in Sonoma, which is next door to Novato. This means a couple of things. There will be traffic around the area so please plan accordingly. Make sure you leave with enough time to get to the venue and find parking if you're driving. If you are taking an Uber or Lyft, which we insist on if you plan on drinking, please request your car early. This is also effecting hotel bookings. Please refer to the Hotels tab for more information on that.
Formal invitations have been sent! Once you receive yours, you will be able to RSVP here on our website.
Due to venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your formal invite envelope. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest". For families, it will list each family members name that is invited. When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for. Please do not bring anyone extra with you if they are not formally invited. They will not be allowed into the venue. Thank you for understanding.
Yes, there will be an open bar at our wedding! However, we DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving, so we recommend using rideshare apps (Uber, Lyft) for transportation if you plan on drinking at all.
You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate that on our RSVP page so we can plan accordingly.
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premise.
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:00pm. We ask that guests arrive at 4:30pm so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late our coordinator will let you know where to wait until the ceremony is over and you can join in for cocktail hour and the reception. Thank you for understanding!
