Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We have provided complimentary shuttle services to and from our wedding. Shuttle pick up locations will be at the Sonesta Bee Cave and the Holiday Inn Dripping Springs (where we also have room blocks). There will be two departure windows at the end of the evening, an early departure and a late departure to take guests back to these locations. If you are not staying at the Sonesta or Holiday Inn, you are still welcome to drive to these locations to park and catch our shuttle service from there.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a large parking lot at our venue, Sacred Oaks at Camp Lucy. You are more than welcome to park here! However, please keep in mind that it is extremely difficult to rely on Ubers from Camp Lucy at the end of the night.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Given our planned resources, we are unable to accommodate additional guests outside of those listed on your invitation.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors, under a gorgeous canopy of Oak trees. Even in June, the temperature feels 10-15 degrees cooler under their shade. Cocktail hour will be outdoor on the lawn and patio adjacent to the ceremony site. The dinner and reception to follow will be indoors.
