Join us to celebrate our love

Back in 2022, Stephanie and Matthew met online. Matthew was stationed out in Twentynine-Palms and Stephanie had just accepted a teaching job back in her hometown, Redlands. Little did they know that the countless messages back and forth, and the 3 hour random (and a little liquid courage for Matthew) facetime would turn into a forever together. Their first date was at a corn-hole tournament that Matthew attended with his friends. It just so happened to be in Redlands, so he invited Stephanie to come watch him. Matthew threw his games so he can get kicked out early (so he says) to spend time with Stephanie throughout the night. The immediate spark began. Their love quickly grew and they spent every free time they had with each other. It was many nights back and forth from Redlands to the barracks in Twentynine- Palms, just to see each other for a couple hours. Both of them knew, this was endgame for them. Matthew proposed to Stephanie at a lavender field out in Washington (his home state) back in July of 2023. With the presence of Matthew's mother and Stephanie's parents and sister, they got married in the courthouse in September of 2023. Life for them got even sweeter with welcoming their first daughter in March of 2024. With every intention of having an "official" wedding and a chance to celebrate their marriage with all of their loved ones, they were instead blessed with the welcoming of their second daughter in July 2025. Now two daughters and a couple years later, they are honored to finally celebrate their marriage with those that they love. Matthew and Stephanie will get to be in the presence of family and friends to celebrate their love for one another in September of 2026.
