Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as early as you can, but no later than April 25th 2025.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress! Summer Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Please do not wear stilettos, only block heels as the ceremony will be on grass. Ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside and reception will be seated indoors. Weather historically ranges from 65-75ºF.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

We are providing complimentary valet if you are driving to Philbrook. If you leave your car at Philbrook overnight, the gates will be locked, but you can retrieve your car the next morning when they reopen at 9 AM.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 6:00 pm central time when the museum closes down to the public. Since we have a late start to the wedding, please arrive by 5:30 pm so we can begin the celebrations promptly!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Your invitation will list all invitees, including children, so you’ll know who is included. Please let us know if you have any questions!

Tulsa International Airport: there are direct flights to Tulsa from New York City, Los Angeles and Chicago.

Answer

Yes we love photography so much and will be looking forward to seeing everyone's photos but please refrain from taking photos and video during our ceremony.
