DRESS CODE?

Answer

Please arrive comfortably, yet the dress code is business casual. No need for formal wear unless you want to : ). Remember to dress for the weather! August may be warm! Nice pants and boots will do just fine. Sundresses are welcome : ) I recommend no stilettos - difficult to walk on grass and in barn.

WEDDING INDOORS/OUTDOORS

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be held outdoors (Weather permitting). Reception will be held indoors. Feel free to enjoy your time with us either indoors or outdoors.

What Time To Arrive?

Answer

Please arrive early, at least 15-20 minutes prior to 4:30 PM to ensure seating, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Since the ceremony will be outside, please be aware that it may be warm. Favors (fans) will be available to grab to help keep you cool on our special day!

PARKING?

Answer

There is a lot of parking available at the venue. There will be individuals helping you park.

Seating at the Wedding/Reception.

Answer

There is assigned seating for close family members; however, everyone else is free to sit wherever they choose. This goes for the ceremony and reception!

KIDS ATTENDENCE?

Answer

As much as we love your kiddos, we have decided to have a KID-FREE wedding, so at this time, there will be no kids in attendance.

Gifts/ Wedding Registry

Answer

If planning to bring a gift, we have created a smaller registry that you can find by just pressing on the registry page, however we are truly leaning more toward monetary gifts (Money). We are in the process of building our forever home, which takes a village! This is our main goal to further our future together. Any help is extremely appreciated!

Catering

Answer

We will be doing buffet style. The catering is from Stella Bellas. Entrées - Pulled Pork - Stuffed Chicken Brest Sides - Salad - Coleslaw - Red skin parsley potatoes Hors d’oeuvres - Cheese and Crackers w/ Stello’s Mustard

Drinks

Answer

There will be a multitude of drinks at the wedding including alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Please note that outside beverages are not permitted the day of the wedding. If for any reason you need accommodations on a particular drink, please contact Stephaney to ask. The bar will be closed during dinner, and will indefinitely close 30 minutes before departure at 10:00pm.
