JMK: Mykonos International Airport

Travel Note

Ferries to Mykonos

In addition to flying directly into Mykonos (JMK), you can also reach the island by ferry. Ferries run regularly from Athens (ports of Piraeus and Rafina) as well as from other nearby islands. We recommend booking ferry tickets in advance, since routes can still be busy in September—especially on weekends or popular routes. While there are several platforms available for booking, FerryHopper (linked below) is a reliable and easy-to-use option for checking schedules and availability.

Accommodation Note

Our wedding villa is located in the Elia Beach area of Mykonos, a beautiful mountainside spot filled with villas overlooking the sea. Staying nearby is ideal, but you’re welcome to stay anywhere on the island! To keep things simple, we’ve listed a hotel and groups of villas in the area as accommodation options for guests, but there are plenty of individual villas and other great places to stay in the area as well. If you have any questions about where to stay, we’re happy to help!
