Flight
One of recommended airport to fly into is Florence, which is about an hour and 25 minutes from the venue. We recommend flying in by June 25th to enjoy some time in Florence before our arranged shuttles transport guests to the venue on Friday, June 26th. Flights increase during peak season gets closer, so we recommend booking sooner rather than later.
Flight
Rome is another potential airport to fly into, although much further to travel to Tuscany from. If you happen to choose to travel to Italy early and fly into Rome, the best way to get to Tuscany would likely be by train. You could also meet us in Florence by Friday, June 26 and take the arranged shuttles we have scheduled.
Flight
Pisa Airport is another great option to fly into, especially if you are traveling within Europe prior to the wedding. The airport is about 45 minutes by car to Fattoria Mansi Bernardini. Free parking available onsite the property!

Shuttles will pick-up from Piazza Santa Trinita in Florence at 1:45 PM. If you are planning to arrive in Florence prior to Friday, we recommend the following hotels centrally located and an easy walking distance to the the shuttle pick up location. - Hotel NH Collection Firenze Porta Rossa, (5-star) - Hotel Berchielli (4-star) - Strozzi Palace Hotel (4-star) - Hotel De La Ville (4-star) - Hotel Pendini (3-star)

While a shuttle will be provided for your convenience, please let us know if you plan to drive yourself so we can adjust our seating counts. If you do choose to drive, rest assured there is ample parking available on-site.
House Or Rental
We've reserved all four villas at Fattoria Mansi Bernardini for our guests to enjoy throughout the wedding celebrations. These beautifully appointed estates, nestled amidst lush gardens, offer a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, all while providing breathtaking views of the rolling Tuscan hills. The property boasts four swimming pools, and its proximity to the charming town of Lucca allows for leisurely exploration between wedding events. The cost for a three-night stay on the property is $300 per person. The spots in the villa are limited, so please let us know at your earliest convenience. Shuttle
