The lodging instructions are as follows: Call the toll-free number at 888-395-7799 or 719-395-2447 and prompt ‘0’ to reach the Front Desk. 2) Indicate to the Front Desk staff the Group Code (ZAMSCO), the Event (Zambo-Russell), and the event dates (12/20/21), in order to ensure availability and receive the discounted group rate. Each guest will be asked to provide a credit card to hold the reservation. This credit card will be used only to guarantee the room, and the payment method can be changed upon check-out. No guest can hold multiple rooms in their name or on their credit card. All lodging must be reserved by the guest staying in that room. Check-in is at 4:00pm, and check-out is at 11:00am. Guests are welcome to arrive early on the day of check-in and take advantage of the pool passes that are included in the room rate. Please note requested room and cabin numbers are not guaranteed and are subject to change based on the resort’s discretion.
