What time should I arrive on wedding day?

Answer

Guests can arrive as early as 4:30 PM. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM. Please arrive to the venue earlier to settle in and enjoy refreshments. Guests who arrive after 5:00 pm will be seated after the bride.

He do I get to the ceremony & reception space?

Answer

Red Rock Terrace (ceremony) & Pavilion Ballroom (reception) are right next to each other. To get there, head to the lobby near T-bones restaurant. Once at the lobby, take the elevators up to the conference 5th floor. From there, follow signs for “Pavilion Ballroom”.

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There is self parking (lot and structure) and complimentary valet.

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at an entirely shaded terrace where guests can enjoy the outdoors while staying out of the sun. The reception will take place indoors. Both the ceremony and the reception will be at the same place.

What is a Tea Ceremony?

Answer

It is a Chinese wedding ceremony tradition that is designed to formally introduce the bride and groom to each other's families and pay their respects by having the couple offer tea to elder relatives.

The dress code is cocktail attire.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We would love to offer everyone a +1, but unfortunately due to limited capacity at our venue, we currently cannot accommodate additional guests. Please check your invitation for details

Our wedding is adults only, with the exception of immediate family.
