Stephanie & Matt met at the School of Visual Arts graduate student cocktail reception on September 1, 2011. During a very intense year-long program, they learned cinema, made their own short films, spent countless hours in the edit bays, and grew to become very close friends. It wasn't until about a year later that their friendship began to grow into butterflies, innocent flirting, and (according to Lienne) favors that were a little TOO helpful for someone you consider "just a friend." It was on a chance encounter at a club (lol) in April 2012 that Matt made his move. Fast forward 7 years and he's down on one knee in front of Half Dome in Yosemite National Park proposing! Stephanie & Matt have grown incredibly close, competitively make each other laugh, and have created an energetic bond that has only grown over the years! We're so excited to share this day with you!
