Accommodations

Answer

Accommodations must be made at our venue, Gilbertsville Farmhouse for two nights (Monday and Tuesday night). Once you RSVP, the venue will reach out to you about booking your room. All rooms accommodate two people.

Food during your stay

Answer

It's important to lets us know about any dietary restrictions you may have. Most meals will be provided to you during your stay (dinner on the arrival day, brunch, snacks, hors d'oeuvres & dinner the night of the wedding). Nothing can be purchased from our venue itself, but you will have some down time to adventure around on arrival day and before our wedding ceremony if you would like.

Non-alcoholic beverages

Answer

There will be unlimited non-alcoholic beverages throughout your stay (coffee, tea, soft drinks, water, etc.) but please feel free to bring any beverages or snacks you might want.

Alcoholic beverages

Answer

There will be an open bar and speciality cocktails served during the rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour and wedding reception. During the other times we will have coolers stationed around the property with ice and some drinks. Please feel free to bring stuff to add to the coolers if you want drinks during the times alcohol will not be served since there is no cash bar at any point throughout the stay and nothing can be purchased from the venue itself.
