What should I wear?

Answer

Formal attire. We suggest suits, cocktail dresses, or a nice pantsuit!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 5:00 PM for the ceremony. This gives you ample time to navigate any traffic, find parking, use the restroom, and get settled before the ceremony begins at 5:30 PM. Midwest Coast Brewing Company is right next door to the Walden & is a great place to grab a beer, cider, or non-alcoholic beverage if you arrive before 5:00 PM! We recommend checking out their enclosed rooftop. :)

Can we drive ourselves? Where can we park?

Answer

Yes, but we ask that you stay safe & please do not drink and drive. There is a 26-car lot attached to Walden. All cars must leave at the end of the night, they are not allowed to be left overnight. There is also tons of free street parking all around Walden!

Is the venue outdoors or indoors?

Answer

Our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be indoors at the Walden. Complimentary coat check will also be available for your winter attire. :)

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Some of our close family will be bringing their children to our wedding. If your invitation does not specify that your children are invited, we appreciate you making arrangements in advance so that you can be present with us!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Our goal is to keep our very special day as intimate as possible, we are choosing to celebrate with only our closest family and friends. We appreciate your understanding!

Can I take my own photos?

Answer

We invite you to be fully present with us. Please keep all devices turned off during the ceremony, but feel free to take as many photos as you would like after!

What are we eating?

Answer

We will ask you to select your meal choice when you RSVP. We will have meal options to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions/preferences and/or allergies. :)

Please RSVP by October 5, 2025. If you cannot attend, we will certainly miss you!
