Wedding Party

Please meet our wedding party, comprised of our closest family and friends. Together, they are the most important people in our lives! Because we both love a good 'would you rather question', we decided to ask our wedding party a question in leiu of a biography. Question: would you rather have a giraffe body OR a giraffe head and neck? Here are their answers.

Casey Meadows

Best Man

Answer: Giraffe body Why: To retain human intelligence and to disagree with his wife @Eli (see below)

Moses Karagyozian

Man of Honor

Answer: Giraffe head/neck Why: To maintain the body mechanics of a person and still regularly walk the dog, cook, lift, etc. Also, offers a slew of benefits such as being able to see past crowds.

Justin Albrecht

Best Man

Answer: Giraffe head and neck Why: It would just be nice to be tall for once.

Allie Albrecht

Matron of Honor

Answer: Giraffe body Why: As an elementary school counselor, has seen too many kids with big heads tip over

Zach Shin

Brother of Bride

Answer: Giraffe head/neck Why: Giraffe body would be unreasonably expensive, requiring 4 legged pants. And giraffe heads are better because then you can eat more since it will take longer for the food to reach my stomach and you would have more access to food.

Molly Friedman

Sister of Groom

Answer: Giraffe body, human head Why: I have too much to say to not have a mouth but I am very concerned about how I will walk my dog while I have hooves, so would like an option that allows me to ensure she is taken care of.

Eli Meadows

Wedding Party Member

Answer: Giraffe head/neck Why: Can still get regular clothes without spending money for custom fit and can see during every concert and parade, no problem.

Kelsey Karpman

Wedding Party Member

Answer: Giraffe head/neck Why: Would like to keep her opposable thumbs.

Jon Bevilacqua

Wedding Party Member

Answer: Giraffe Body with human neck/head. Why: The balance would be an issue for the other option, and you could still escape prey in the wild with the giraffe's body/legs.

Daniel Moorhead

Wedding Party Member

Answer: Giraffe head/regular body. Why: Can you imagine how much money you would save on tickets to concerts and sporting events?

Rands Keasler

Wedding Party Member

Answer: Giraffe body Note: She also wants to point out that her husband asked a zoo keeper if he could put a saddle on a giraffe, while he was in his late twenties.

Justin Misterka

Wedding Party Member

Answer: Body of human and head of a giraffe, easy. Why: Opposable thumbs are the best.

Becca Stevick

Wedding Party Member

Answer: Giraffe head/neck Why: Easy access to tall things, you only need one pair of shoes, purple tongue, and she gets to keep her opposable thumbs.

Jess Sweitzer-Misterka

Wedding Party Member

Answer: Body of a giraffe, for sure Why: You would be so imbalanced with the giraffe head and neck that you would just be falling over all of the time.

Daniel Taylor

Wedding Party Member

Answer: Giraffe body Why: Brain of a human, gains me at least 5 feet in height, neck and trachea of a giraffe has significant of physiological dead space, giraffe head/neck would faceplant into the ground without counterbalance *award for most thorough, physiologically accurate answer*

Connor Bogenreif

Wedding Party Member

Answer: Giraffe head/neck Why: Don't want to have to use the bathroom in a field, would be sad not having human speech, can still write and do stuff with opposable thumbs *yes, that is Yo Yo Ma!*

Kunal Srivastava

Wedding Party

Answer: Giraffe body Why: To communicate with people and make money starting a transportation service. And also if I had a giraffe head on a human body, I would just fall over.

John Lim

Wedding Party

Answer: Giraffe body Why: Because society is not ready for a giraffe-head psychiatrist (MD, Class of 2024)

Brandon Kelemen

Wedding Party

Answer: Head and neck of a giraffe Why: Rather have the long neck because I’ve always been #shortking
