Travel Note
We live in Friendswood, which is about 30 minutes south of Houston. There are plenty of hotel chains within 5-10 minutes of Friendswood in the towns of Webster or League City. However, feel free to stay where you want. Depending on how much time you have, Galveston and Houston are other options with many hotels to choose from.
Flight
The closest airport to Friendswood is Hobby Airport (HOU) which is about 20 minutes away. Another option is George Bush Airport (IAH) which is on the north side of Houston and about an hour away.
Rental Car
Everything is bigger in Texas! We recommend getting a rental car to get around.
Hotel
We have a room block for those who want to spend the night closer to Angleton. The rooms will be held until 3 weeks before the wedding. Mention Stephanie and Kyle to get the room discount. The king room rate is $109 and the Double room rate is $119.
